On Sunday, August 31, 2020 the Forever Moriah Foundation hosted a celebration fit for a true Superhero, for 4-year-old Kristopher in Upper Marlboro, Maryland.

On Sunday, August 31, 2020 the Forever Moriah Foundation hosted a Marvel themed celebration fit for a true superhero. "Making Memories" Event Wish recipient Kristopher had guest travel from near and far to celebrate his bravery in his fight against DIPG.

“The energy at Kristopher’s party was amazing. The atmosphere was filled with so much love and support for him and his family,” said Sharday Richardson, Forever Moriah founder.

Early this year he was diagnosed with DIPG, which is a rare and deadly form of childhood cancer. Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glimoma (DIPG) is a brain tumor found in the pons, a part of the brainstem that controls essential bodily functions such as heartbeat, breathing, swallowing, eye movement, eyesight, and balance. DIPG affects children almost exclusively, typically between the ages 5 and 10.

“The energy at Kristopher’s party was amazing. The atmosphere was filled with so much love and support for him and his family,” said Sharday Richardson, Forever Moriah founder.

His Superhero celebration was absolutely amazing. Kristopher and his family and friends enjoyed their special visit from none other than Spider-Man himself.
